White Chicken Chili

The Game Plan

Add shredded rotisserie chicken, white beans, green chiles, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, cayenne, and chicken broth to the slow cooker. Stir.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.

Cut the cream cheese into cubes and stir into the chili during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Stir occasionally until fully melted and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve topped with sour cream, shredded cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
