"Costco's bakery cinnamon rolls are enormous, gooey, and $7.99 for a tray of 12. These are just as big, just as soft, and your house will smell like a bakery for hours."

The Game Plan
-
Combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Let sit 5-10 minutes until foamy.
-
Mix in remaining sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Add flour one cup at a time, stirring until a soft dough forms.
-
Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic (or use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5 minutes).
-
Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
-
Roll dough into a large rectangle, about 16x20 inches. Spread softened butter across the surface, then sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
-
Roll up tightly from the long side. Slice into 12 equal pieces. Place cut-side down in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
-
Cover and let rise 30 minutes until puffy.
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
-
While baking, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
-
Spread frosting over warm rolls immediately.
