Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches

The Game Plan

Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside on paper towels.

In the same pan (drain most of the grease), cook eggs to your preference — fried, scrambled, or as thin omelets that fit the croissant.

Slice croissants in half horizontally.

Layer: bottom croissant half, cheese, egg, 2 slices bacon, avocado if using, top half.

Eat immediately, or wrap in foil and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and warm through.
