The Game Plan

  1. Let the frozen acai packets sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes, just enough to break them apart. Don't let them thaw completely.

  2. Break the acai into chunks and add to a blender with the coconut milk and half the frozen berries. Blend until thick and smooth — it should be the consistency of soft serve, not a smoothie. Add milk a tablespoon at a time if needed.

  3. Divide the acai blend between 4 bowls.

  4. Slice the bananas. Arrange banana slices, remaining berries, and granola on top of each bowl.

  5. Drizzle with honey. Add coconut flakes and chia seeds if using.

  6. Serve immediately.

Blend extra acai base a little thinner and pour into popsicle molds for acai pops

Mix leftover granola and berries into yogurt for a quick parfait
