The Game Plan

Let the frozen acai packets sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes, just enough to break them apart. Don't let them thaw completely.

Break the acai into chunks and add to a blender with the coconut milk and half the frozen berries. Blend until thick and smooth — it should be the consistency of soft serve, not a smoothie. Add milk a tablespoon at a time if needed.

Divide the acai blend between 4 bowls.

Slice the bananas. Arrange banana slices, remaining berries, and granola on top of each bowl.

Drizzle with honey. Add coconut flakes and chia seeds if using.

Serve immediately.
