The Game Plan

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake or pan-sear until cooked through (165°F internal). Let cool slightly, then dice into small cubes.

  3. Cook bacon until crispy. Crumble or chop into small pieces.

  4. In a bowl, combine diced chicken, bacon, mozzarella/Mexican cheese, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Mix well.

  5. Divide pizza dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rectangle about 6x10 inches.

  6. Place 1/4 of the filling down the center of each dough rectangle. Fold the sides over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  7. Brush each chicken bake with beaten egg. Sprinkle with a little extra Parmesan and oregano if desired.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
