Meatloaf
"A big, juicy meatloaf with a sticky-sweet glaze — just like the one in the Costco deli case but yours won't have that sad plastic wrap tan line. Feeds 8 and costs a fraction of the $18 deli price."

The Game Plan
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
-
Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
-
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, 1/2 cup ketchup, Worcestershire, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until just combined — don't overwork it or the meatloaf gets dense.
-
Shape into a loaf about 10 inches long on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Mix the glaze: 1/4 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Spread over the top of the meatloaf.
-
Bake 55-65 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
