The Game Plan

Cook rice according to package directions and fluff with a fork.

Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Cook the gyro meat slices for 2-3 minutes per side until warmed through and slightly crispy on the edges.

Divide rice among 6 bowls. Top with gyro meat, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta.
