The Game Plan

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make the stuffing: mix crab meat, panko, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, Old Bay, green onions, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cut a deep horizontal pocket in each salmon fillet (don't cut all the way through). Season the outside with salt and pepper.

  4. Stuff each pocket generously with the crab mixture. Place on the baking sheet.

  5. Melt butter and brush over the tops of the stuffed fillets.

  6. Bake 22-25 minutes until salmon is cooked through and the stuffing is golden on top.
