Costco Australia is still relatively new — 15 warehouses and growing — but the food courts have already figured out what matters: meat pies, chicken schnitzel rolls, and lamingtons alongside the usual Costco staples. The meat pie in particular is a stroke of genius — flaky pastry, seasoned beef, under five bucks. It's the most Australian thing in a very American store.
